Cherry Hill, New Jersey is located in Western New Jersey and is approximately 17 minutes from Philadelphia, approximately 1 hour's drive from the Lakewood area, and 90 minutes from New York City. In nearby Moorestown, there's the Moorestown Mall for shopping.
Cherry Hill is a suburban area, but with Philadelphia nearby there's access to Museums and entertainment. There are plenty of parks and state parks to visit. Highways 38, and 70 connect to Interstate 676 and Interstate 295. Several small and regional airports are located near Cherry Hill. Philadelphia International Airport is located 25 minutes by car from the Jewish epicenter. Amtrak offers service to Cherry hill as does New Jersey Transit offers service to Atlantic City and Philadelphia. Greyhound bus service is also available in Cherry Hill for about $17 per person to New York City (anywhere from 2 hours 45 minutes, to 4 hours traveling time).
