About this Job: Our client, a commercial real estate management company, is looking for a Full Operations Manager to oversee all aspects of building operations and ensure that they are managed efficiently and effectively.

The right candidate will be accountable for the overall asset management, including contract processing, rent collections, new lease, and renovations, building maintenance, tenant relations, rent budgeting and financials, and overall property safety and security.


  • Oversee and manage all aspects of assigned properties, including inspection and property maintenance arrangements to meet standards.
  • Coordination of renovations and acquisition of products for vacant unit properties on a strict timeline to improve property value and appraisal.
  • Ensures that all properties are kept in good condition and that they comply with quality standard.
  • Set the budget, manage rent collections from tenants, and handle maintenance requests from residents as required.
  • Source and build relationships with prospective and existing clients in a professional manner including the collection of rentals, taking care of unit violations, and dealing with any property issues.
  • Advertise and market vacant spaces to attract tenants and negotiate leases/contracts to interested clients in a professional and dependable manner to expand business opportunities.
  • Creating business plans for assigned properties that meet the needs of customers, as well as supervising and evaluating property personnel.


  • 2+ years of proven work experience in a real estate operation as a Operations or Property Manager.
  • In-depth knowledge of all rules and regulations surrounding commercial real estate property management.
  • Excellent working knowledge of real estate and property maintenance and management with a solid understanding of marketing principles and customer service.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with tenants, vendors, and stakeholders to establish good relationships.
  • Ability to plan and organize efficiently including prioritizing tasks correctly, planning proper use of resources, and scheduling activities for optimal outcomes
  • Familiarity with all current real estate industry regulations, rules, and standards.
