About this Job: A Food Distributor is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Agent.
This position will respond to customer inquires, provide assistance, and process orders.
Responsibilities:
Answers customer calls and emails. Provide information on products, pricing, and in-processes orders.Refer escalated requests to appropriate parties and follow up to confirm satisfactory resolution.Track order que and ensure all requests are processed in a timely fashion.Delete items on backorder from invoices.Enters customer orders into OE System.Maintain activity records.
Requirements:
Previous work experience.Strong customer service aptitude.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Good phone skills.Detail oriented and efficient.Professional and motivated.
