About this Job: Location: Crown Heights

Fieldbridge Associates LLC is looking for an organized and detail-oriented Maintenance Manager Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will have an integral part in helping maintain our facility and equipment in peak condition while working with the Maintenance Manager to supervise daily operations and maintenance projects.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the repair, maintenance and installation of equipment and facility systems.

Follow the directions of the Maintenance Manager to prioritize and schedule maintenance and repair tasks.

Monitor inventory and requisition new parts, supplies and materials.

Perform daily equipment and facility inspections to identify any potential issues.

Execute preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.

Document maintenance activities, parts used, and repairs completed.

Schedule:
Monday - Thursday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Friday- Shabbos Schedule.
